To become a Card Holder and have access to our exclusive discounts, you will need to complete an Application Form and submit it, together with the necessary documentary evidence and payment, to:

Due to the amount of supporting documents required to process your application, we ask that you print off the Application Form by following the link below.  Alternatively you can email us via the Contact Page or telephone our Customer Services Department on 01376 513215 and ask for an application form to be posted to you.

Family Membership:  Following a considerable number of requests, membership eligibility has been expanded to include your immediate family (spouse and children).  There will be no joining fee, only an annual membership subscription of £12.50 per card or £57.50 for 5 years.  To take advantage of this opportunity, download a 'Family Card' application form by clicking on the link below:
